Since the owners are lawyers, so she recommended public bank for us, coz public bank's service and speed is better than others bank. she had pass our contact to public bank and public bank will arrange a person to serve us....today i purposely on leave and meet the banker to submit my document and sign for the applying aggreement...we meet him at 9.30am...after done the signing process, we went to UOA wisma to meet Mr. Quek (owner) and pay him the 1st 12% down payment of the house...we didn't tell him that we are paying him cash, he advised us beeter not to do this next time, abit dangerous....hahahha...1st time i buy house....never think of this...ehhehe...
so we had done the 1st stage, so now just need to wait for the bank to approve my loan...then we can process to the next stage.....So happy and excited....and worry too....But any how...i am 100% confident i can get the loan....

Yippe...My loan had approved....Mr. New will come to my office and i need to sign the aggreement of the house loan....so afternoon i called to Mr. Quek and tell him my loan had approved...and they need to proceed to the next stage liao....
so he said he will get ready the S&P agreement for me to sign....
and we will meet up on 05th September 2008....
