Searching and Buy House process....

10th August 2008 7.30pm(1st meet)

This is the 1st time we meet the house owner....so happy and nervous....I am going to buy my own house...I don't need to move here and there anymore....Lalalalal.......
We got the news that this house is going to sales from the condo notice board. Sazi's colleagues are staying there also.The notice just public 2 days, we already called them for appointment...Before i went to the condo, i heard chee yew, alex, they all said this condo not bad, security very tied, only 4 block but they have more than 20 securitys, patrol day and night...alots of rich ppl staying inside this condo....wah....hehehhehe.....was really true,we need to register at guard house when we need to go in, even walk in also need to register.no wonder they said here like a jail...hahahhaha....the house that going to sales is 12 floor,so high....I never stay at condo before...
the 1st impression for this house is very big,high,facing highway,facing bukit jalil stadium,facing the mines,facing golden palace,facing Astro...not bad...Windy also...so we told the owner we will let them know our decision within one week....

16th August 2008 7.30pm (2nd meet)
I think the owner wouldn't cheat us for the price and anything, coz both of them are lawyers,quite well known lawyer in m'sia. this whole week, very headache...coz need to do survey,need to think,whether this condo is worth to buy or not...but after doing reseach, good comments is more than the bad....so we called the owner again for 2nd appointment....and we confirm we want the house, and need to do checking again for the house....coz 1st time we just saw the living room,kitchen and toilet, we never see all the bedroom yet...so this time we must check properly and see the room...this time we see the master bed room and the small room, the 2nd room and the largest room still closed and we cannot see...but sazi said he like this house very much...and i like it too....so even we not see the 2nd room, but we still confirm we want this house also....Gege said not bad also....old is not a problem,we need to do some renew like painting,changing old part and etc...then the house will be look nice....i am so happy....within one week we can make a good decision,and we are going to have our own house lo....yippe....
