Thanks GOD....Finally i got my own house....early morning 10a.m we meet the owner at the condo....he passed me all the house key and room key....we are so happy....and touched....we had paid up all the 10 % down payment to Mr. Quek...we just need to wait for the lawyer firm to settle the rest of the process for name transfer....
After got the key....we plan and schedule our daily schedule...what should we do, what should we buy....and etc...alots of things are waiting for us...
we need to done all the things before October...coz we are rushing for Oct to move out from the house we rent now....So we start wash house....paint house...change any part that is old and broke...
even we are busy for work at morning...but night time we still go to the new house to wash, to paint....after 2 weeks, we finished all the clean up process..and painting....we are exhausted....but we are happy....
At the same time, we are ordering the furniture also...it cost alots...and we are very poor now...we do alots of installment...coz we need to use the cash to pay the lawyer's fees....
I am so so so happy..."Finnaly I GOT MY OWN HOUSE LO"
